London, November 2006 - To celebrate the launch of the Burberry Icons Collection, an event was held at the Burberry store at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Apollo Bunder, Mumbai, India, on the evening of 17 November. Burberry, which is headquartered in London and listed on the London Stock Exchange, was founded in 1856 and celebrates its 150 th year anniversary this year.
